1)At present Thailand tourist visa available to Indian ? 

2)My passport is issued from Surat Gujarat. Mumbai VFS is shut due to lockdown. Only Kolkata visa office is working at present. For applying from Kolkata, VFS / Embassy, what's requirements ?
