Absolutely not. You have to leave the 800k there as well as make 65k deposits for 12 months. Also it is not easy to transfer the 800k back to your home country.
I just leave the 800k in a separate account to the day to day account. Makes a little bit every year in interest.
Gary Colclough you have to pay tax in UK then get it credited here against any tax implications. Also, it is next to impossible to totally leave HMRC for tax purposes! You have to cut every tie imaginable with UK to get away from HMRC.

Applying for Non-O for retirement does not involve medical insurance. That is something you can do here for peace of mind with a better deal to suit you.
