Do I need to file a new TM30 when returning home from a short holiday in Thailand?Answered

If you go on holiday for a few days and stay in a hotel obviously the hotel will file a TM 30 .Does your IO know that this has happened and may require you to do a new TM 30 when you return home or just not bother ?
