Simple answer is generally you can own a house, but you can’t own the land it’s sitting on. It’s messy.

baffled. I’ve seen again and again, 2 years OA and that’s it! I did see a reference sometime ago phrased as “maybe a third year but don’t count on it” so I’m totally confused.

My second year ends in a monthish where I’ve been in the belief it’s done, that’s it. 🤷‍♂️
