I was just thinking if he could claim her a common law and if it's possible..what do I know?I only know Canadian law. Since I'm Canadian.. That's why we have this group for information for people like me who iare not too sure about Thai immigration rule, right? Btw, which category does not grant a trailing spouse visa, I hope not DTV..
