You could theoretically talk to a doctor from your country before you come to the hospital for the first time. This page of your passport ( picture from google images, not mine). I believe their system tries to recognize what’s written there. Check for any errors in the later steps like missing middle names or spelling. This can make you lose money and visa. I had this with a tourist visa for my mom years ago. Use good quality scans and not blurry photos 🙏

Depending on your circumstances, military retirement may not be enough as a private health insurance is highly recommended and not cheap 🙏
Talk to your doctor or his team who he calls nurse ( the counter in front of the doctor’s office). I received a signed letter stating regular treatment with the next few appointments listed
