Check for any errors in the later steps like missing middle names or spelling. This can make you lose money and visa. I had this with a tourist visa for my mom years ago. Use good quality scans and not blurry photos 🙏

Talk to your doctor or his team who he calls nurse ( the counter in front of the doctor’s office). I received a signed letter stating regular treatment with the next few appointments listed
