I've used True and never had a problem anywhere. Here's a 4Mbs unlimited, never throttled, for 180 days for 2100 baht. It's only 4 Mbps streaming so web pages etc load at full speed. It's in Thai but you can use Google translate on the image.

Guardian visa is an extension of stay based on non O. You'll need to get the non O first
