Can I self transit through Bangkok airport without quarantine on my way to Phnom Penh?
I have a flight booked through skyscanner as a “self transit” through bkk airport onwards to phnom penh airport…would I be able transfer through bkk airport easily or do I have to qurantine?

You can't self transit!

you need to have a complete ticket from origin-bkk-cambodia, it should not be separate tickets,,,as bags need to be tagged to final destination and you need to remain in the transit area without going thru any immigration or customs areas.
