Is anyone having issues with Thailand Pass?

I sent mine off last week, got the email with the confirmation number, logged in & checked my account and now the website says my details aren't registered.

Confused and lil stressed as I fly next week ๐Ÿ˜…

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing stress over their Thailand Pass application status, where their details are not registered despite receiving a confirmation number. Community members suggest various solutions, such as re-entering application details, contacting hotels for bookings confirmation, calling the Department for Disease Control for assistance, and sending an email to a specific address with their passport details. The user later reports receiving the QR code via email despite the account issues, indicating successful processing.

All is good! The email with the QR code has arrived for this via email 20 minutes ago despite the account not working.

Attempted to resend my application this morning, but never got the automated email so I'm not sure if it even went through! The QR code states applied 31st of Jan, so it doesn't matter at this point.

Thanks for all the support everyone ๐Ÿ˜

replied just now and advised me to reapply for the visa - looking at Richard Barrows posts it seems a bunch of people that sent things off in the last week of January are having problems with this too.

this is a problem of their own making, they underestimated the sheer volume of requests and they're processing them which at times seems random eg requests for March arrival are being approved, whereas arrivals for next few days seem to be ignored unless you chase them up! Posters have been successfully approved via that email add..

Dept of Disease Control they give final TP approval

This is my strategy, first contact your hotels to ensure they've approved your bookings in the TP system, then call Dept for Disease Control +66 2 590

or 3000 for approval, a word of warning it make take up to 100 attempts but well worth it..let everyone know if it works out, good luck ๐Ÿ‘

Try retyping the numbers in again from scratch.

Thanks Stephen. I've tried to do this on different browsers and devices but am still getting the same message. Triple checked all the numbers are correct (even checked if caps in email was a thing). Really weird as last week it worked fine after registration.

Have sent an email to the

to see what's up. Hoping I get a reply in time ๐Ÿ˜…

Also made sure I only used the

link to register and check the account.

Not sure if there's anything else I could / should be doing, or if anyone else is having the same issue, but thanks again for the help ๐Ÿ˜
