I was also asked 2 years ago when I told my bank I will live in Thailand and have no residence amymore abroad. But as I didn‘t have to pay tax in TH and did not have to file a tax return either, they didn‘t give me a TIN, I told my bank and never heard anything from them since.
well thats no problem, if its her house she can make a rental contract for a year. A lot of expats live in the house of their gf or thaispouse. You will need this for your 1 year extension anyway.
Well there must be a reason why they can‘t unfreeze your account. All those others who had frozen acc. had been unfrozen after bringing along all needed documents and proofs.
Its a website, but you have to register the owners house with his housebook and ID first and once you have your own login to the site you can register your own TM30 every time you need it.
Did you leave the 800k for 1 year + had the 65k also already transfered internationaly 12 months before applying for the change? This is the way it has to go as @Wannikea Wanblee described it here already
To live there? It seems you missed a lot and never made own research. They don‘t have retirement visa and plus you cannot open bank account there either, only if you get an electronic Identification (e-ID). And they just froze 80 million bankaccounts some weeks ago, by the way.
