On my list from IO there must be a transaction of the account on the same day of application in the passbook

If it said on the app that mobile banking is suspended due to mismatch of account name and phone, then its only the app that doesn‘t work until you settle it as requested.

You can test it by asking a friend in TH to transfer you money to your account.

I think they use a strange algorithm 😉 Initiallly they were talking about mule accounts then suspicious accounts with no movement and suddenly so many suspended accounts resulted in beeing suspicious? 😏
