Andy - do you have an LTR? You make it sound like it’s so simple and everyone should easily qualify for one…
“The Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa, introduced by Thailand in September 2022, is a 10-year visa aimed at attracting highly skilled professionals, retirees, and wealthy individuals to stimulate economic investment. As of late 2024, around 2,500 individuals had applied for the LTR visa.
Applicants are mostly from countries like the U.S. and China, with Chinese nationals reportedly making up a significant portion. However, the LTR visa represents a small fraction of total long-term visa applications, as many expatriates still rely on more traditional options like retirement, work, or business visas, which have less stringent financial requirements. In part, the LTR visa’s exclusivity stems from its income and asset criteria, designed for high-net-worth individuals and professionals in specified industries ”
You’re both silly and funny. You left out an important fact - the vast majority of people would not qualify. Most people cannot pay 50k for this visa
please tell us the website to get a 10 year LTR visa for 50k ? I think you’re not mentioning a few key requirements to qualify. I would suggest most people would not qualify
