yes a very good idea, never thought I would need so many copies here in TH. Its more comfortable than always running to find and drive to a copy shop where by tge way the copies look awful.
I registered the house from the landlord with his copies of housebook and ID he gave me and made an new own account on the website. Once registered and logged in I just add may personal datas requested in the fields every time I need it and thats it. I can even print it
(most landlords just don‘t want to do a TM30 everytime and are glad if the tenant takes over this work)
Whatever quote you got there from wherever, is wrong. I do TM30 registering online (for myself) very often, and me as the tenant only put in my name, passp. no. tel.no. male/female and nothing else.
What do you use then? I give my Thai DL, but the passport no. is on there as well. For registering TM30 (only for foreigner) online there is no need for a photo, only no. of passport and Birthday m/f
But if he works and get paid in the UK he pays tax in the UK, so no Tax in TH. by the way the Revenue Department said its 183 days. The DTV expires after exactly 180 days
