Had a fantastic visit to Jomtien immigration office last Monday for 90 day report. I had pre-filled the T47. In and out in less than 50 minutes, including photo copying. Well done to immigration for a speedy and efficient visit. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their positive experience at the Jomtien immigration office for a 90-day report, noting a quick process that took less than 50 minutes. Comments reveal varying experiences at other immigration offices in Thailand, some reporting even faster service. There was also a mention of a postal service for 90-day reports and a discussion about online reporting challenges.

That can't be right, you are meant to spend half a day there so that others can justify using an agent ;)

Last trip out of Thailand was November 2023.

I have never changed address.

When doithe online reporting it worked perfectly the first 3 times .

The last few times it was rejected due to ' incorrect ' entry/exit dates ,,, which is weird because all the details have been the same.

Does it make a difference after getting a year extension ? Does the entry date revert to that date ?

no 90 day report doesn’t change with your visa extension , two separate things

Chiang Mai has a Drive through / walk through 90 day report system. Normally only takes about 5 minutes.

Haven’t been to Jomtien immigration but can appreciate it must be busier than many other immigration offices. My last 90 day report was in-person for same reason. The girl on the form checking desk filled out a TM 47 for me as she wasn’t busy. Very good service IMHO.

you missed the point, it used to be 5 mins, now they deliberately mess you around so it takes anything from 60 mins to 90 mins. So you must be pleased at 50 mins.

that's what I thought. Normally about 10 minutes in Khon Kaen.

On Phuket it sometimes took 59 minutes just to find a parking spot 🤣🤣🤣🤣

On Phuket you don‘t need to find parking spot because its a drive through. Saves a lot of time
