0 in bank for at least 3 months past renewal. Prove Jomtien w/ bank book I had to do this last year unless my memory is failing me so I believe it's still in effect this year for non-immigration type O .

Had to submit a copy of the booked flt itinerary like Tod suggested. That did the trick.

ok thanks. Do you know anything about the under consideration question? I've done this three times but can't remember if they returned my passport back to me the same day with the new extension or whether I have to wait days or a week. Possibly the waiting for consideration process is only for the initial 90-day over 50 type O, and not the yearly extension.

if you're talking about U.S financial accounts and verification messages to a u.s. number then yes I have been doing that. My Google Voice number is 5 years or more old so not sure if the newer numbers have the same capability.
