ORIGINAL POSTERUrgent .I think I just messed up at immigration. I extended my over 50 Visa today at Jomtien immigration and they took my passport for pick up on July 8th. But I'm flying to Krabi tomorrow.
I was thinking my hotel would take a copy of the passport for check-in but forgot about getting on the plane at BKK Airport. Is it possible to get on a domestic flight to Krabi from BKK without actual passport and just a copy and with u.s. Florida driver's license ?

I might be wrong, but I think you need a valid identification. Doubt they will accept a foreign DL.

I doubt they are gonna give your passport back after you applied for the extension.
Jomtien doesn't do that, they give them back the next business day (which will be wednesday)
Just get a copy of it from them and have them write you are applying for an extension and they have your passport on the copy
