Quick report Pattaya IO visit. Received tm30 receipt with no problems . Also obtained list of documents needed to extend non immigration visa . See below .

A bit of mixed messages from the two staff of that section. They both said i needed a lease...the list does not mention it specifically. One person said it needed to be a 12 month lease but it seemed like the more senior person said it could be a 6 month lease. They both said a receipt for 1 month hotel stay was not enough.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A report from a visit to the Pattaya immigration office regarding the extension of a non-immigrant visa noted the acquisition of a TM30 receipt without any issues. The individual received a list of required documents, although there were conflicting messages from staff regarding the necessity and duration of the lease required, as one indicated a 12-month lease while another suggested a 6-month lease. Additionally, they clarified that a receipt for one month in a hotel was insufficient.
