ORIGINAL POSTER
Going for 90 day non- imm. O visa at Jomtien next week ( from a 30-day US passport exempt extended one time 30 days).

I visited immigration yesterday and to prove residence they said I need a 12-month lease contract and an owner Blue Book and owner ID.

After that the leasing agent said that the owner is not Thai so assuming they are not a permanent resident, what would I need for proof of residence besides a copy of chanote ?

thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 90-day Non-Immigrant O visa in Thailand, you typically need to provide proof of residence like a 12-month lease contract, the owner's Blue Book, and their ID. However, if the owner is not Thai, you can still provide the lease contract and potentially other documents showing your residency, as the nationality of the owner does not affect the validity of your proof.

These three are seen as proof that your address is registered in the system.

The Nationality and visa status of the house or land owners are irrelevant.
