Saturday on the 10th of October I moved into a new condo. My real estate agent sent me an image of the tm30 receipt. It shows the date I signed a lease of September 21st. It does not go the date I moved in October 10th.
What do I do? If the landlord will not make a new tm30 for October 10th, can I take the copy of the owner Blue Book and owner ID and my lease and passport pages and go to Jomtien immigration without the owner and self register today?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user moved into a new condo on October 10th but has a TM30 receipt from September 21st. They ask if it's acceptable to use this TM30 despite the date difference and whether they can self-register at the immigration office without the landlord's presence. Community responses suggest that having the TM30 filed on the earlier date is not problematic, as the key issue is being registered at the current address. Some advise printing the receipt as proof and note varying procedures at different immigration offices.
The TM30 issue is confusing as every immigration office has its own set of rules. Being a good lad I went to Korat Immigration and they told me only if I leave Thailand do I have to do again. My mate who lives in Chang Mai wasn't so lucky. Got fined 800 Baht
I get confused on tm30. So just to make sure, having this receipt to in my passport is all I need. .. I do not need to take the receipt to immigration today in Jomtien and have them do something with the receipt?
