TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the necessary documents for applying for a 12-month extension of temporary stay in Thailand based on retirement. It highlights specific needs such as passport copies and the requirement of a bank letter, along with the importance of updating a bank book on the application day if using banked funds. There are also comments questioning whether the reported monthly income of 65,000 THB is before or after tax.

It leaves out the copies you need of the passport. It also doesn't mention the bank letter you need and the fact you need to update your bank book on the day you apply IF you use banked money..
Still it's a start.
