Checklist from Phuket immigration office - documents required for one year extension of non o Visa.

My friend picked up this checklist from Phuket immigration a few weeks ago. This group has been an amazing resource from me so I thought I would pass this along for anyone in Phuket with an extension of non immigration O over 50 visa coming up.

On the immigration web site it states that you can reapply 45 days in advance not 30.

That what I did in Bangkok last September and all ok. New extension dated from d stamp date.

No photo of house needed either or hand written map, just passport photos for form and Google map ok.

Different offices have different requirements.

Bangkok will allow you to get a new extension 45 days before your current extension expires other offices are 30 days before.

Wow, what a labyrinth of rules.

not really it's pretty standard documentation for getting a yearly extension of stay at almost all immigration offices in the country.
