Looking for someone with a Moderna vaccine booking they will not use. 

If I cant find a vaccine by the end of 2021, does anyone know of Asia or European countries that sell to nonresidents (vaccine tourism like Croatia)? Considering vaccine with some travel as plan B

In the Chiang Rai locals group quite a few unwanted pre-booked Moderna shots have been offered for sale. I also think I heard that the hospital has started dosing.
