no I never say that bro , the world change and now there are many better option. That can you make save money , on house or condo rental , with beautiful beaches,

And less crowded area .

Not every one have tons of money , but some people just want have a good life near beautifull beach , and kind people (and for do thooses thing thailand is very expensive Now.

If you have really 4k$ of passive income go malaysia by far, cheaper , most beautifull ,most value for your money , no weed junkies or drunk farang , this is the best country.

(For do what you re doing , you can have goid houses , good school) and if you like beach , the most beautiful are in Malaysia.

If you go phuket it s a Farang area , all is expensive here,

AIS is the better option , phuket look like more a scam area for tourist

I don t like to stay long time here 3 or 4:days

But for sure if you need sim card AIS or true are the best deal!
