Need some advise, as every consultant I reach out to won't answer a simple question.

For LTR wealthy pensioners visa, it says you need a passive income of 80k USD or 40K USD with an investment of 250K USD in Thailand.

All I need to know is whether dividends from my own company (essentially set up like a holding company), is considered legitimate for this calculation or does it have to be from a non arms reach source?

It's me again, has anyone applied for LTR from Canada? We are contemplating to apply, how long was the process?.

Both of us are 60+

No specific amount in Thai bank, wealth can remain overseas.

Age (over 50) and passive income of at least 80,000 USD.

Can we apply when we arrive in Thailand and pay 50K THB or should we apply while we're in Canada? The Thai Consulate charges more than 50KTHB.
