we’re talking about cancelling visa when you finish a contract and leave the country.

No, as my arrival on the immigration was 100% dependent on the company issuing the letter for me, an the appointment slots cannot be booked the same day. I have no choice but to wait for the company to sign and issue the letter for me before I can make any moves, and they like to do things at the last nanosecond.
