Need advice if I'm doing autographs for a business do I need a work permit?

Hello folks, I hope you don’t mind my posting here (was declined in the other group) but I need your help in finding options for my husband (I am on a work permit, married LGBT couple). We used TVC to get him a B visa (expiring in Jan), and now we were told that they ran out of business visa allocations (and will be available again end Jan of 2024. They said they cannot help with short term or long term extensions for now. Given this situation can anyone recommend what my husband can do?

Hello everyone pls help me out I'm from Africa I got a job in Thailand and it's from a big resort in Thailand but they said they have submitted my documents to the ministry of labor in Thailand so I can get the approval for B visa they submit since 6th of June and it about a month and one day today I haven't hear anything from them pls does the process take too long to get approvel?

Currently have tourist visa extension and am unable to change to B due to one day overstay 🫠. I just need a clean stamp for the B visa.

I'm a US citizen in Chiang Mai. Is the MaeSai border no longer an option for a quick turn around?

Hi everyone. Long story short, I am on a student's spouse visa (O visa for relatives of foreigner students in Thailand). I got a job offer from a BOI company but to be able to process the work permit, seems I have to change my visa to an other type visa that is eligible for work (B type). Any way to do this directly inside the country ? Company says not possible within Thailand. Feel the pain having to travel and apply at an embassy outside, with all travel restrictions in place, quarantaine etc... Thanks ya all !

I am here on a non-immigrant F-visa and have a potential employer wanting to change it to a B-visa to get a work permit (and would have to leave the country which is tricky at the moment). Has anyone been in a similar situation and succeeded in organizing a WP without changing the visa type?

Hi all, I have a business in Phuket and I’m on an immigration B visa. It was extended until the 26th September but I’m not sure what happens after that? I went to immigration and they said wait for an announcement . I can’t imagine they will let thousands of people leave for two days to get an extension so does anyone know what’s happening?
