Can anyone help me locate this guy.He never payed me my deposit of 15000.Curtis fountain of C&C consultancy group. I talked with him just keep s giving me the run around

You can use this software or similar to search for him on internet...

This software only search web, not LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, but there is many software programs out there to do that.

As foreigner he is not allowed to be real estate agent..

Even if he ownes agency, legally he is not allowed to meet customer...

You can tell him that you will denounce if he not refund your deposit

There´s many foreigners working as CEO´s I I think its the speciality skill class thats allowed for them as it bring lots of rewenues to the state

CEO.. Yes.. but.. according the law.. Foreigner are allowed to be team manager.. director but in anyway not show properties, meet customer..

i know agents in BKK been arrested, deported and banned for years...

I used to own agency in the past...

Even doing marketing on social media is not allowed.

Their hands are tied.. its the court and then it costs with lawyer fees etc. And those wretches knows it too well.. its a bonus for them.. so the only way to avoid this is to not pay for the last 2 month rent
