, Sorry , I do not know all . Basic question was can someone buy ticket to other person answer is Yes. But it is good to know the fees because many times same price . Railway pay commision to agent I suppose . I bought many times air tickets to other persons and if directly from airline , many times more expensive . I dont know about trains . Hotel bookings same thing. Different prices , same hotel . From reception can be more expensive.

I think you leaving country when you go trough Immigration . After that you are at intenational area . If some reason you overstay one day and you are already in AirPort , you pay 500 THB bath fine . Outside AirPort overstaying is always risk .

New car , no problem. Second hand , you have to make papers with seller, have car’s matching blue book, sellers ID copy both sides and signature. When you do this , you can change to your name . Also , you have to have stamp from office every year to your car , insurance and tax. It’s not so different than anywhere else . This is what I know, can not be sure because this is Facebook. Other options can be different. Anyway, it’s nothing to do with your driving license.

Too many open questions. When Club send players to International games, everyone have correct visa. If player coming alone and have plans to play as professional player sure they can not.

If your club is in Thailand, then I don’t know their system. Can clubs even do that or only companies.

Their sponsor companies maybe can.

I think you have to ask more exact information from Thai Embassy, Visa Center or Immigration.
