Please help. I need a train ticket. I'm abroad and I can't buy a ticket at the box office. My online account isn't working. Can someone in my family buy a ticket for me and send it to me? You do not need a passport to buy a ticket online, but as far as I know, the account is assigned to the passport of the person who has the account. So can someone buy another person's ticket?
