Hello all

Apologies if it is a dumb question, but i just want to make sure. I just entered on visa exempt, and due to a fail in planning, my ticket home is on november 23rd instead of 22nd. I am allowed to stay until november 22nd.

I am leaving at around 1 am on the 23rd, which means i will technically be stamped while it is the 22nd.

My question then is, if it is a 1-day overstay, or will it not be overstay?
