i was successful in getting the LTR it tooks 2 months but this was from document delays from my end. i have heard from some people that it can take up to 3 months.

the reality is that we have more familiarity with the requirements of LTR than the IOs. My understanding is that the TM 30 is not necessary

this is extremely surprising to me I never filed a TM 30 in the the last 10 years of staying in Thailand. Keep in mind I would fly out of the country every month.
