thanks for this comprehensive reply, we are wondering if immigration officer knew his return flight dates as that was never asked however I can see the logic in what you say, maybe a dummy flight would have helped or would they just think it was a border bounce type situation . It’s a mystery until he goes to do the 30 day extension. Thanks

that’s what we are suggesting but we thought he would be better to do it in September/ October but given this scare should he do it now , missing out on 4 months of a 15 months visa

you are not bursting my bubble my request was for clarity and understanding, the advice you offer is that a female who is supposed to be a professional will somehow envy him or think he is possibly like you and abuses people especially women. yes she went to uk from 4 December and return on 20 January

Friend of mine left 4 December after 60 day and 30 day extension, she is coming back on 20 January, do you think she might get hassle for return so quick from the immigration. She intends to 60 days and extend 30 days again. Her return flight booked for April.

Hi guys thanks to everyone who contributed, things have escalated since the post. My friend is now going home on Monday as her sisters situation has worsened. Myself and another friend have volunteered to clear the possessions she leaves behind and clean the condo and armed with the information we have got from you guys I will hand keys in to agent next Friday , two weeks before next rent is due . I will have cash to pay the electric and water used. We just accept the loss of deposit. For those who said my friend had lots of time to see a lawyer I’m afraid she didn’t she was on very emotional face time meetings with her sister and her family . Anyway I just want to say I appreciate all the advice and support from the group . Thanks everyone
