Exactly... Maybe more than half of those who have a DTV visa have probably edited those bank statements or had an agent do them for the client🤡

All my foreign friends work here who live here. We are 20-40 years old mainly. I have few older entrepreneur friends and all they have pr or citizenship👍

it's not perfect for everyone! I have here many friends from Finland who live and work in Thailand legally. Many have own companies etc..

i don't read Thai, I don't speak any Thai, I don't have skills better than locals, i work Thai company few hours on weekdays, I get decent salary, I have non immigrant visa, I have workpermit. If you have nothing good to say, there's no point in scaring people.

Easiest way is you fly to example laos and apply visa there and go immigration in your district and get letter to open bank account, open account and deposit 400k and apply extension of staying in kingdom before your initial visa expires👍

non immigrant visa holders can fly without return ticket. When we moved here we fly thai airways with one way ticket.

If you plan stay here over 10 years. I would go non b company route and setup business here and going forward to permanent residency or even to citizenship. Retirement visa holders are tourists rest of their lifes.. You can benefit local social security etc rest of your life when you choose non b route👍
