for the prompt response. I got the "THAI WIFE" 1 year extension from Cengwattana office. My visa also has a stamp that says "Please contact the Immigration office for a RE-ENTRY PERMIT Before leaving Thailand".

Guess I will have to go to Chaengwattana office to process the re-entry permit then.

I just found out the other night that I might have to leave, not on the day I submitted my VISA application. I thought someone out here might have gone through a similar situation and could share their experience. Well, if I really have to leave while under consideration,(which I dread) I will visit the immigration office. And I will share my two bits in this group.

m on Non O based on having a Thai wife, this is the second year that I am applying it for. I submitted my application on 3rd Nov and have been told to come on 24th.

re-read Tod's comment. My BAD. I was talking about the first leg of NON-O Mirrage visa where if the application is accepted the applicant waits for 2 months to get a one year extension.
