Hello All,

Apologies if it has been discussed earlier but how many months or years of relationship is considered admissible before applying for a Non-O mirrage visa.

You can apply for the non imm O visa based on marriage as soon as you're legally married to a Thai citizen

There is no requirement for a specific amount of time for a relationship. You could in theory apply the same day.

Probably best to have a honeymoon first though 😀

Most offices will require a 30 day under consideration period and may well visit you to check you are together and ask neighbours questions as to whether it’s a real marriage etc.
