TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for their first one-year marriage visa in Thailand and inquires about the necessity of valid AXA health insurance, as they only purchased it for three months. Comments clarify that health insurance is not required for this visa extension, and there are specific guidelines regarding the seasoning period for the 400,000 baht in their bank account.

The rules concerning the seasoning for banked money method based on marriage that 400K baht has to be in the account TWO MONTHS <-(which is not always 60 days)

It's two months date to date, so IF you put the funds in the account on Dec 24th they will be seasoned fulling on Feb 24th (which is actually 62 days ๐Ÿ˜ฎ )

if Applying for it in Thailand, can the 400k be in Thai bank for some 4 to 5 days?

I'm not sure what you mean. To acquire a one year extension of stay based on marriage, the money must be seasoned for two months. You can only get an extension of stay in Thailand.

re-read Tod's comment. My BAD. I was talking about the first leg of NON-O Mirrage visa where if the application is accepted the applicant waits for 2 months to get a one year extension.

To get an in-country 90 day Non-O Visa Based on Marriage to a Thai National, no seasoning of funds is required ๐Ÿ™‚
