So, if you leave on day 88 there is no 90 day report needed or required.

As most have stated, just pass through immigration at the airport at 11:59 or a bit earlier on day 30. Then wait for the 2 hours at the gate.

Best to bring as much cash as possible. Some bank cards charge as much as $55.00 USD for cash advance of a few hundred dollars. I used my money to prove it. Leave that card in your wallet and only use for extreme emergencies.

not for me. I stay way out in the countryside and for me it feels like the Thai people have given me the Keys to the Kingdom. Never boring. Always learning. Always an adventure everyday. Today I went to a new KFC opening in my neighborhood at 8am to collect a free umbrella and tonight a Football game against Bangkok United.

I stay way out there in Thailand. At the end of the road on the Thai/Myanmar border with my wife. We have a more modern home next to the family home. 6 months each year. No bars, no cinema, no…well we’re in the countryside. I haven’t even been bored. Good luck to you.

if that’s what you have to do, just get it at BKK. Not my first choice, but the first choice appears to be unavailable.

Rayong, I would assume has good health care professionals, being so close to Chonburi.

The cost sounds reasonable especially as compared to the US.

My Thai wife prefers all her dental work done in Thailand.

I prefer all mine done in the US, although I have had about 6 dental related visits in Thailand over the last 30 years, all with good results.

If my wife needed that, I would be happy to agree to get it done. Dental health is important. Hope this sound advice helps you.
