About the Spouse DTV Visa: does the spouse need to prove 500k Baht on the bank, too!

Why do thai embassy's ask for flights in and out of Thailand when you apply for the non immigrant visa if you have the intention of remaining in Thailand on a Retirement visa?

I am a student at a German university and the internship is coming up next semester. I have after an acceptance for an internship in Thailand from August 22 and now received the feedback, the embassy in Thailand currently only allows students at a university in Thailand for an internship visa. Can anyone tell me more about this? I think it should be possible with a business-visa. I just can't imagine, especially if they relax the regulations now.

Hi guys, got a question about spouse visa. On the Thai embassy website it says that I don’t need a marriage certificate. It says I can get an official document certifying a relationship. Can anyone tell me what this document is?

Just came back from Savannakhet. Thai embassy there stops giving all types of visas except Non O visa ( married to Thai spouse or having Thai child )

PS: latest health certificate ( not longer than 3 days from hospital must be provided !
