TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about obtaining Trulicity 4.5 mg/0.5 ml in Thailand, mentioning that they live in Ratchaburi during the winter. Responses indicate that while it may be available in pharmacies, it typically requires a prescription. Recommendations include consulting local doctors or private hospitals and noting that it can be expensive due to its use for weight loss. Some suggest checking with pharmacies directly and provide resources for further assistance.
It is available but pretty expensive because they use it for weight loss.

Its a prescription drug in most countries and therefore not normally available over the counter (but worth trying) a local doctor, private hospital should be able to help, just book an appointment with the doctor, but private hospitals are more expensive
