I understand if you have the log book there is no finiance owed

How does insurance work, sometimes when for sale insurance included till?? Certain date

When you buy car is it in your address, and do you have to send log book to change address as I am moving apartment next month

I need to get a residence certificate so I can purchase a car. What is the best way of getting one?

Good day; I have visited Thailand yearly for the last 15 years and approaching retirement in the next couple of years. I am looking to buy a new car next year cash and would appreciate any advice please- would I need to hold a particular visa for this and if so should this be in place at the same time a deposit is required? So I have about 800,000 in a Thai bank ,Unsure what visa I need to get so I can buy a vehicle. Because I want to travel alot at first do I need a landlord which I dont want in order to get a resident certificate so I can buy a vehicle. I do want the green book so leave Thailand and return Do agents help with that.
