Which banks in Thailand offer scan to pay services for expats?

I have a Thai bank account at Government Savings Bank. The services available at this bank are only for Thai citizens from what I understand.

I live in Ratchaburi.

I need a bank that gives me scan to pay. Any ideas?

I don't know about this particular bank, but I have kbank and use their banking app to scan + pay.
