not every provinces, some still make their own rules so you still have to file a new TM30 whenever you come back from abroad, e.g. Samut Prakan

nope. It may not. There are web sites where you can rent an outbound ticket for maybe USD 10

Update, you make sure you have a cheap outbound flight booked (e.g BKK to Siem Reap). Check in staff at departure still may want to see you will exit from the kingdom within 30 days. Of course you will not use it, but book it before you leave Canada.
