Hello friends. What is the requirement to do an in-country conversion of a 30 days exemption stamp into a non Imm O Visa (for Thai Spouse). All I found out by Googling is that you must fill a TM87 form and your exemption must have at least 15 days validity. Do they want other documentation? (e.g. Khor Ror 2, bankbook and so on). I confess I'm a little bit confused about it.

Really thanks for any help, it's kinda appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
To convert a 30-day exemption stamp into a Non-Immigrant O Visa for a Thai spouse, you must fill out the TM87 form and ensure that your exemption has at least 15 days of validity. Additionally, it is generally required to have 400,000 THB in your personal Thai bank account, though there may not be a need for proof of seasoning or international transfers. Requirements may vary by location.

You’ll need 400k in your own Thai bank account. No requirement for seasoning nor proof of international transfer.

Here are the requirements for the Phuket office. You local office may differ.
