What should I do if my online 90-day report shows an overstay status despite having a valid visa extension?

Trying to do online 90 days report, the app pops up that I'm on 214 days overstay status, since June 18/2021. However by that time I already extended my Visa and I'm granted to stay until June 18/2022, have the stamp on passport as a proof. Going to Immi tomorrow, in the hope I will not be arrested, to ask them to fix it. Maybe this is the reason the app and website are broken for many. It's rather annoying.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user encountered an issue where the online system incorrectly indicated an overstay status of 214 days, despite having a valid visa extension until June 18, 2022. Community comments suggest that this is likely a system error and recommend visiting the immigration office in person to rectify the status. Many expats reported similar problems with the online reporting system and reassured those affected that having a valid passport stamp should take precedence over online errors. They also advised using the new immigration website for future 90-day reports, as the old system is not reliable.

Update: been there and got sorted (no overstay). I have no clue if app or website have been sorted too. Just did 90 days in person after clearing

Happened to me, phoned them, the lady assured me that the passport stamp trumps all. No worries Mate you're fine.

That is not a problem for you. It was the same for me. I then made the 90-day notification in person and also pointed out the error. No one was interested, and the error in the app is still there. Just do the 90-day notice in person or use the new online 90-day notice.

After you get your visa did you report to the immigration?

It appears that there are two online systems. Yes, the new, public – facing system replace the old one. But it seem fair is another one of the agents have access to. When you go in person or post a 90 day report, they enter it into the back office system, but apparently not into the public system. I had this trouble too. It didn’t show I was on over stay, but only my reports cervical times back when the old system is working. I don’t want to go to Muang Than Thani, so i have Bumrungrad do it. If you go there, they call their contacts at immigration.
Burnard ************
If you did it with an Agent, hopefully, it is not a counterfeit stamp.

Now then girls ..
Steve *******
You need to do your first 90 day in person. After that you can use the online system

@Burnard ***********
The stamp will NOT be counterfeit but it might have been frauduantely obtained if done through an agent

Very good. Quoting facebook. Try an English dictionary

@Steve ******
What does your issue with words have to do with his problem?

If want to give advice do try and make sure your advice is correct
Burnard ************
@Steve ******
Correct for whom? How does your semantic difference help him either way?
Steve *******
@Burnard ***********
FFS! 'counterfiet' and 'fraudulently obtained' have 2 totally different meaning. Why cant you understand the difference? Just admit you"re wrong.
Burnard ************
@Steve ******
If it was stolen or forged, it was still fraudulently obtained.
Burnard ************
@Steve ******
Semantic difference. If a stamp is not valid, you could reasonably call it counterfeit.

I detest schemantics so, please, let's not do that.
Steve *******
@Burnard ***********
Nope, you're wrong, try looking up the definition of counterfeit. I guess English isnt your strongest language!
Burnard ************
@Steve ******
I asked you nicely. I said please.

Please be a Gentleman.
Chris *********
@Steve ******
Perhaps he meant semantics :)
Steve *******
@Chris ********
whatever he meant he doesnt know the difference between counterfeit and fraudulantly obtained!
Burnard ************
@Steve ******
Counterfeit is not fraudulently obtained?

Are you registered on the new reporting website, or still trying to use the old one. There is a brand new 90 day reporting website you register on before you can use it. I don't have the link handy right now.

If your stamp in passport is valid I wouldn't worry about the online system. It was a human error last June when the agent stamped your passport they didn't enter the info in the system....
James *******
Looks like it's bums to the wall for you.
Brandon ************
This just means you're not updated in the system and you have to do it in person. Once you do that, they should update you and then you can use the online system for your next 90-day report.

Don't worry about the scary overstay message, it's not accurate.

@Brandon ***********
to tell the truth, I have done 2 reports already in person since the last extension. I'm due to report for the third time.
Burnard ************
@Alessandro *********
If you were able to do 90 day report before, it shouldn't be a problem.
