Had Lek in Trat province. You can even take a Catermaran from Koh Chang a nice way to do a border bounce

Most medications can be bought in thailand at most chemists. Just show them which medication needed. I was able to buy mine here.

well I would try it for what time it takes, its like you cannot do your first report on line, well I did because I tried and succeeded, saved me a long trek to immigration
