Just been checking mine and my wife's Coe registration 

Mine comes up awaiting approval. My wife's sorry your information is not found, anybody else had this problem, it was OK when we checked after receipt email came 2 days ago

Mine when I type my name they said not found even i type correct. But then I realized, I saw there's a Space after my name AND I couldn't see that because obviously we can't see space unless we type another word ,so look at that too

Check the way you write your name. In my case as I have two names and two last name I discovered that I don't have to use my second name to sign in on this platform 😅
