I went through Immigration and it was a breeze. They looked at and stamped my passport, fingerprints, pics. Went through in like 3 minutes.

Immigration really should simplify this process. In Turkey, I received Citizenship by purchasing a villa for over $400,000 USD. I have never done anything else in 4 years. Granted Turkey is a screwed up piece of garbage of a country and I will be moving to Thailand regardless when I sell this villa. Still, Thailand Immigration is really ridiculous.

Is it possible to get a 60 day entry stamp plus a 30 day extension. Then leave for 14 days and then come back and get an additional 60 day entry stamp plus an additional 30 day extension. By next year we will have sold our villa in Turkey, then get Retirement Visas in Thailand.

Coming to Thailand March 27. Visa Exemption for 60 days. Extend for 30 days. Can I then fly to Nepal for a month and then return to Thailand and get a new 60 day Visa Exemption. Plan to get a Retirement Visa next year after we sell our villa in Turkey.

That is my plan. 800k for me and 800k for my wife. I’ll have my US Social Security deposited into my Thai bank and I should be able to draw my 800k out after a year. I’ll use a service the first year. Should be able to renew without help.
