If you're going to leave the country then apply for the non b visa at a foreign embassy and come in with that for 90 days. Before the 90 days is up, apply for the one year extension.

You would be better off seeking advice from one of the Myanmar oriented Facebook visa pages, if there are any. Maybe you should be seeking political asylum.

30 days from 23rd March... added to the end of your current stay... theres an office in patong..

If they decline then you get 7 days and game over.... ask at the counter first... before formally submitting your application... there is no bargaining, you're not buying shoes.

1) it's 60 days. You don't get to choose.

2) doesn't matter in relation to COVID extension

3) you apply where you're staying and where your tm30 is filed

3) Samui seems to be the softest immigration

5(b) if denied you get 7 days to leave. Best ask without formally applying first to avoid this inconvenience.

5(c) if you get the 7 day stamp then yore done. Nothing stopping you shopping around I suppose.
