TLDR : Answer Summary
The original query seeks information about an 'amnesty visa' in Thailand, but responses indicate that no such visa exists currently. Instead, options like the COVID extension or dependent visa are suggested based on specific circumstances, such as parental work permits. Users are also advised to check Facebook groups for community support and guidance, particularly for those from Myanmar.

If your parents are working here legally then you should be able to get a dependent visa.

I am not sure. Myanmar is under a different work permit, and visa system because it is a neighbouring country. There is a different immigration office you use in Bangkok, and right now I can't find the list.

You would be better off seeking advice from one of the Myanmar oriented Facebook visa pages, if there are any. Maybe you should be seeking political asylum.

There is no amnesty visa. Depending on your nationality and how you entered Thailand (what visa you had if any) you may be eligible for the covid extension.

I'm entering Thailand by Non-ED and my university adviced me to hold this visa before they can give me the new one.
