kool breez has given you a comprehensive list that doesn't sound far off the mark, some pro inches (Surat Thani) want the whole file twice, Phang Nga just wanted some pages twice. You will need to visit the bank and get a letter from then confirming your balance. Good luck

Go to the immigration office you intend to use. Take your wife. Ask for the list of requirements required by that office. Follow the list and you should be good. As all the different offices have slightly different requirements, it would be a waste of time posting here what's required in Phang Nga if you live elswear.

BTW. Find a good accountant, a lawyer is useful but in reality will just employ an accountant to do the work.

Not too difficult. You do need a good accountant. If they have a good relationship with the Labour department even better. My business comes With aTAT licence that has some extra expenses. But it's working out OK. Bit of a slow process though. Covid slowed things down a bit.

I'm sorry. I had no idea that I do will be opening up in May with no quarantine. Also Malaysia. My Malaysian friend just got out of quarantine 2 weeks ago and last I knew indo was only issuing business visas with 14days quarantine. How things change in a matter of days
