TLDR : Answer Summary
When performing 90-day reporting in Thailand, the requirements can vary based on the immigration office you choose. Generally, you will need to fill out the TM47 form, and most offices will require your passport. Some offices might have staff who assist in filling out the form for you, while others may only need your passport if you present proof of residence. It's advisable to bring the receipt from your last 90-day report as well. In some locations, particularly at drive-through services, the TM47 form might not even be necessary if you have a completed passport.

I'm shutting this down. I think the OP knows what to bring (and what may not be required). IF the OP can message a mod or admin with the immigration office he uses, I'll re-open comments.

Depending on where You do it you will need to fill the form and some photocopy of your passport, if there is a drive through and you have already proof of residence in your passport you need only your passport.
